DMCA / Copyright Policy
Last updated: 2026
NorthPeak respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy explains how copyright holders can submit a notice regarding content they believe infringes their rights.
Our Position
NorthPeak is a service provider. We do not host, store, or produce the media content that streams are drawn from. Where we are made aware of a valid complaint concerning specific content, we act promptly to address it with our upstream providers.
Filing a Copyright Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on their behalf) and believe your work has been used improperly, please send us a written notice that includes:
- Your contact information (name, email, and address).
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific location or details identifying the material in question.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyright.
